360 Balance is an app for companionship, education and general guidance, created for people moving toward retirement. Its purpose is to inform you, inspire you and keep you company with warmth. The information and conversations you find here are for educational and informational purposes and do not replace the advice, diagnosis or treatment of a qualified professional.
Emotional wellness
The wellness companionship in this app is not psychological therapy or medical care, and our assistant is not a health professional. It's a space to be heard, to reflect, and to receive general tools for calm and motivation. If you're going through a hard time — lasting sadness, intense anxiety, or any distress that affects your daily life — we warmly encourage you to seek support from a mental health professional.
If you're having thoughts of harming yourself, or you feel your life is at risk, do not use this app for help. Call 911 right away, or the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by dialing 988 (U.S.), or go to your nearest emergency room. You are not alone.
Medicare and insurance
The Medicare information you find here is general and educational, meant to help you understand your options calmly and in plain language. 360 Balance is not a government agency, is not affiliated with Medicare, with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), or with any insurance company, and does not sell plans or enroll you in any. Medicare rules, costs and dates change and may vary depending on your personal situation.
When the time comes and you'd like to compare plans or enroll, our assistant can share a link to an external platform operated by properly licensed insurance agents. We do this purely as guidance and convenience for you: it's your decision whether to use it, you're under no obligation, it doesn't change the cost of your plan, and you can always go to any other agent or handle it on your own. That platform is independent from 360 Balance, with its own terms and privacy policy; the enrollment process and any personalized advice are the responsibility of the licensed agents who operate it, not ours.
Before making any decision about your coverage, we recommend confirming the information with official sources: Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227), and speaking with a properly licensed agent or advisor who can review your particular case.
